I am a lifelong native of Williamson County Tn, having grown up in the Leiper's Fork area. My wife Tammy and I reside in Franklin. After working with Nissan North America for the past 25 years, I decided to retire. Having a long-time fascination and interest in real estate, I decided to pursue my dream career and obtained my Tennessee real estate license. As an avid outdoorsman, I am the co-owner of J and J Outdoors LLC, a land management company and hunt club. For the past 25 years I have leased and managed property, which has given me the opportunity to interact with landowners, investors, financial advisors as well as many others. This has allowed me to establish great business relationships with local business owners and also friendships with multiple families. Currently I have over 4000 acres under management contracts in Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford and Dickson Counties. My personal philosophy is " to treat people like I would like to be treated". I have a passion for meeting new people, helping them to find the home of their dreams, purchase their first home, or to buy their own property for recreation or investment purposes.
